Online Order Authorization Hold FAQ's
What is an authorization hold?
An authorization hold is a temporary hold on your account for 125% of your order total. You will see the hold on your bank/card statement. The hold is not a charge on your card and we do not collect any payment until your order has been completed. As soon as the order has been completed, the authorization hold should drop off your account.
Why is the authorization hold more than my order total?
The hold is 25% more than the order total to account for potential substitutions or additions to your order. When your order is finished, you will only be charged for the products you receive.
An authorization hold has not dropped off my account after receiving my order. What should I do?
The holds are set to drop off immediately upon order completion. If you are still seeing the authorization hold on your account after receiving your order, we suggest you contact your card provider.
