NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
This sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Berkot’s Super Foods, (“Sponsor”), presented in partnership with Anthony Marano Company, Borden Dairy, and Dutch Farms (collectively, “Co-Sponsors”). Co-Sponsors are not responsible for the administration of this Sweepstakes, the selection or notification of winners, or the fulfillment of prizes; all such obligations remain solely those of Sponsor.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, and who are enrolled members of the Berkot’s Super Foods loyalty program as of the date of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to enter or win.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Central Time on 7/30/26 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Central Time on 8/26/26 (the “Entry Period”). Entries received outside the Entry Period will be disqualified.
4. How to Enter — No Purchase Necessary
To enter, an individual must (a) be an enrolled member of the Berkot’s Super Foods loyalty program, and (b) complete and submit the official online entry form during the Entry Period at https://berkotfoods.com/anniversaryspree/
Entry forms must include the entrant’s full name, valid Berkot’s loyalty membership number, and contact information (phone number and/or email address). No other method of entry (including mail, in-store, or phone entry) will be accepted.
Limit: one (1) entry per person/per loyalty membership number during the entire Entry Period, regardless of the number of entry forms submitted. Multiple or duplicate entries from the same person or loyalty account will be disqualified. Incomplete, illegible, mechanically reproduced, altered, or fraudulent entries are void.
Loyalty program membership is free and open to the public; no purchase is required to join the loyalty program or to enter this Sweepstakes.
5. Prizes, Odds, and Approximate Retail Value

Total prizes available: twenty (20). Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $10,500.00.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Prizes are awarded in the form of a Berkot’s Super Foods gift card redeemable for merchandise in-store only. Gift cards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash, in whole or in part, except where required by law. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of a prize will be permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specifically stated herein as being provided.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Twenty (20) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The random drawing will be conducted on or about 8/28/26 by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
Potential winners will be notified by telephone and/or email using the contact information provided on the entry form within ten (10) business days of the drawing. Potential winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where legal) a publicity release within a specified time period (typically seven (7) days) of attempted notification. If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond, fails to return required documents within the specified time, or is found to be ineligible, that potential winner will be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
7. General Conditions
- By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
- Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, violating these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
- Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or garbled entries, or for any technical, hardware, software, or network failures of any kind.
- Winners (or, if a winner is not of legal age of majority in their state of residence, their parent or legal guardian) may be required to complete a W-9 or other tax documentation if required by law.
- Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes, or any portion of it, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, subject to any approval required by applicable state authorities.
8. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including but not limited to: (a) personal injury, death, or property damage; (b) technical failures; or (c) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, likeness, and hometown/state for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. Privacy
Information collected on the entry form will be used by Sponsor to administer this Sweepstakes and, where the entrant has separately agreed, for Sponsor’s loyalty program and marketing communications, in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy.
11. Governing Law
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles, and all entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Illinois for any disputes arising out of this Sweepstakes.
